What Our Warranty Covers

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, such as stitching, hardware, and structural integrity. If your product experiences a failure due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Please note that each warranty claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

While our products are made to withstand daily use, our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damages, misuse, loss, theft, or modifications made by third parties. Damage from exposure to extreme conditions such as heat, moisture, or chemicals is also not covered. We encourage proper care of your Knight accessories to maintain their longevity.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product qualifies for a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@knightaccessories.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and guide you through the repair or replacement process. Knight reserves the right to repair, replace, or offer a refund for the product at our discretion.
